What would it look like if the 3 start michellin chef from Japan, Ono Jiro opened up an omakase sushi restaurant in NYC?
Starting from watching the documentary about Ono Jiro on Netlix, I’ve started from research to typography design, to creating the identity of the imaginary restaurant.
